Arrangement for Refresher Training Courses Under Adverse Weather Conditions  Training session(s) concerned will be cancelled under the following circumstances: In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education and Manpower on or before or after 6:15 a.m. that all AM and WHOLE-DAY schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the MORNING will be cancelled. In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education and Manpower on or before or after 11:00 a.m. that all PM schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the AFTERNOON will be cancelled. In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education and Manpower on or before or after 6:00 p.m. that all EVENING schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the EVENING will be cancelled. Affected participants will be contacted for make-up session arrangements in due course.
