在以下的情況下，已安排的課節即會取消：

當教育局局長在上午六時十五分以前或稍後時間宣佈所有上午及全日制學校因惡劣天氣（如熱帶氣旋或暴雨）而停課時，原定在上午舉行的課節將會取消。

當教育局局長在上午十一時以前或稍後時間宣佈所有下午校因惡劣天氣（如熱帶氣旋或暴雨）而停課時，原定在下午舉行的課節將會取消。

當教育局局長在下午六時以前或稍後時間宣佈所有夜校因惡劣天氣（如熱帶氣旋或暴雨）而停課時，原定在夜間舉行的課節將會取消。

受影響的參加者將會另行通知有關補課安排。

Training session(s) concerned will be cancelled under the following circumstances:

In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education on or before or after 6:15 a.m. that all AM and WHOLE-DAY schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the MORNING will be cancelled.

In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education on or before or after 11:00 a.m. that all PM schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the AFTERNOON will be cancelled.

In the case of public announcement by the Secretary for Education on or before or after 6:00 p.m. that all EVENING schools are to be closed as a result of adverse weather conditions (e.g. tropical cyclone or rainstorm), training session(s) scheduled in the EVENING will be cancelled.

Affected participants will be contacted for make-up session arrangements in due course.
