ITeHelp是由教育局撥款，並委託予香港教育城 ( 教育城 ) 合作提供的資訊科技支援服務。本服務自2005年2月已開始投入服務。我們的宗旨是為老師及學校的技術支援服務員提供諮詢服務，以協助他們解決在資訊科技上遇到的問題，並給他們提供一個可作知識分享和意見交流的平台。 另外，我們更會向各同工介紹坊間不同的培訓活動或課程，努力為各位帶來持續發展和進修的機會。
服務範疇：
- 查詢熱線（每週提供五天半服務）
- 設於教育城的網上討論區及提供最新資訊
- 為資訊科技教師及技術支援服務員而設的資訊研討會
About Us
ITeHelp is an IT support service provided by the Education Bureau (EDB) and Hong Kong Education City (HKedCity). This service was launched in February 2005. It aims to assist teachers and Technical Support Services Staff (TSS) in solving IT operational issues, and to provide a platform for sharing of knowledge and ideas. We also introduce updated market information on workshops or course so as to bring about opportunities for further training and development.
ITeHelp service includes:
- A support hotline which operates 5.5 days a week
- An informative website with a forum hosted in HKedCity
- Informational seminars
