網上討論區於香港教育城設立,已登記的用戶可以透過互聯網進入討論區。網上討論區將包括不同的熱門話題、以及查詢熱線的常見問題與解答。

查詢熱線提供電話及電郵支援服務,其範圍包括:

  1. 一般個人電腦操作
  2. 一般個人電腦應用
  3. 一般互聯網及電子郵件操作
  4. 網絡管理
  5. 系統管理
  6. 系統保安

ITeHelp 不會涵蓋的服務 :

  1. 到校 技術支援
  2. 程式編寫支援
  3. 有關 SAMS 的應用,請繼續使用現行的支援途徑
  4. 關於 硬件方面 ( 例如 多媒體器材 ) 的支援,請與有關供應商聯絡
  5. 查詢熱線並不會推介任何產品,學校必須自行謹慎地選擇。

資訊研討會的詳情將會於網頁另行通告或透過電子郵件知會 負責老師 。

 

Scope of Service

The ITeHelp website hosted in HKedCity include hot topics of discussion as well as a list of frequently asked questions and answers gathered from the hotline. The website comes with a forum where only school account-holders can log in.

The IT hotline provides telephone and email support service and covers the following scope:

  1. General personal computer operations
  2. General personal computer applications
  3. General Internet and email operation
  4. Network administration
  5. System administration
  6. System security

Areas not covered by ITeHelp:

  1. On-site support is not provided.
  2. Programming support is not provided.
  3. For SAMS application support, please continue to use the existing support channels.
  4. For hardware support (e.g. multi-media equipment), please contact the respective vendor.
  5. The hotline is not responsible for any product recommendation, and schools should evaluate purchase alternatives at their own discretions.

Details of the informational seminars will be announced on the website and/or by email to registered teacher-in-charge.
